BankIQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated in partnership with any of the fisheries listed. Details are shown for information only — always check a fishery’s own rules, tickets, opening times and access before travelling.

Corrections and removals. If you own or manage a water listed on BankIQ and want its details corrected or the page removed, email support@bankiq.app and we will action it.

Maps and coastline

The UK coastline shown on our conditions map is derived from Natural Earth 1:50m admin-0 country boundaries. Natural Earth is released into the public domain and carries no attribution requirement — we credit it because it is good practice.

Weather and forecast data

Weather observations and forecasts are provided by Open-Meteo, used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0).

Open-Meteo aggregates data from national weather services including DWD, NOAA, Météo-France and ECMWF.

River levels

River level and flow readings come from the Environment Agency’s real-time flood-monitoring API, which uses Environment Agency flood and river level data from the real-time data API (Beta), licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.

Scoring and forecasts

Conditions scores, bite windows and recommendations are BankIQ’s own work, computed from the sources above. They are informational and are not a guarantee of fishing conditions or catches. Fishing remains subject to local rules, permissions and licences, which are your responsibility to obtain.
